Cancellations
Cancellations of orders placed on our website are allowed without any issues before the products are shipped from our warehouse. In case the products are already shipped out to you kindly contact us with the Order ID.

Refunds & Product Exchanges
You may return products purchased from www.aarcaai.com, within 3 (Three) working days from the date of receipt of the Products purchased on www.aarcaai.com via online store or offline methods.

No Refunds or exchanges will be allowed on items bought on discount whether via online of offline mode.

If you are eligible for exchange/return and choose to exchange/return an item, you will need to courier the product back to us on the address mentioned on the website within 3 (three) working days from the date of the receipt of the Products purchased on www.aarcaai.com. via online or offline mode. We request you to use a reliable courier service for the same. Please write the following information on a sheet of paper and put it in your return parcel: 
1) Order No
2) Reason for returning parcel

Please note that you will be responsible for all returning costs and charges and also for all risks for loss or damages of the Products. The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described at paragraph above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
** Please note we will provide you the credit note for product exchange which will be valid for 90 days.

The return right will be exercised within the same time frame by sending an e-mail to aarcaai01@gmail.com to customer care with the Reason for Return/ Exchange; confirmed by registered letter to be sent within the following forty eight (48) hours; Email Customer Care and submit the Return/Exchange Reason within 48 hrs of receiving the receipt of the Products purchased on www.aarcaai.com.

The Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; The identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal; The Products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging; Returned Products must be shipped back to USC International within Seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns. No cash refund request will be accepted. Credit Note issued can be used against purchase of similar or higher value. Credit Note can not be used partially. Customer will bear the shipping and COD charges, if any, towards the return merchandise.

Once we receive the return we will verify if the return or exchange falls under the AARCAAI LLP standards of returns & exchanges.

Customer care will notify you by email and phone call confirming the above, if your exchange has been accepted a credit code will be issued and emailed to you, which will be valid for 90 days on www.aarcaai.com

The refund will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned product based on the return criteria mentioned above. The Customer will received credit of the refund amount within 5-7 working days in the same payment method through which the payment was made to place the order.

Wrong Product or less quantity received
The customer should always take images of the package received before opening it to identify any tampering with the package. If tampering is evident, the customer should not accept the package and return it. The customer should also take a video while opening the package to identify if any item has mistakenly not been shipped so that a claim can be raised for the same. Without a video being taken, no claims shall be entertained.

In case the customer has placed an order and realized that a wrong item was ordered and can request a refund but this refund will only be issued after deducting any other charges for return shipping if the return shipping is managed and paid by AARCAAI LLP and also the packaging and handling charges of Rs. 90/- which shall be deducted from every refund order whether shipping was charged to the customer or not since Shipping cost is payable by AARCAAI LLP.
