Shipping Information
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

For domestic orders, the large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 4-7 working days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination.

Free Shipping is applicable on Domestic Orders of or over Rs. 1000/- which is to be calculated after applying discounts, if any.

For International orders, the large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 7-21 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination. For international orders, customer or buyer will be responsible for all customs duties, locals taxes, import taxes or any such incurred charges as per the destination country rules and regulations.

Free International Shipping is applicable on International Orders of or over Rs. 75,000/-. For lower value orders, International Shipping charges can be checked at the check out page based on the order weight of the total order. Shipping charges will be shown only till order weight of 10kgs. If the order of heavy items is ordered for a value of above Rs. 75,000/- free shipping will not be applicable and freight quote will be provided. If the customer does not want to proceed then the order will be cancelled and the amount of the order be refunded back in case the payment has already been made. 

*Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days to ship the order.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
We make our best efforts to ship all items in your order together.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and mail us at aarcaai01@gmail.com, mentioning your order & sub-order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to look into the issue.

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

Note:
We do not charge additionally for octroi wherever this is applicable.
If COD is applicable then COD charges shall be applied on all the COD orders.
For most products in our range "Regular" shipping charges shall apply. However, for some large, fragile or high value items, special rates may be applicable.

Shipping & Cod charges are typically non-refundable, unless the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect.
